Part time seasonal à la carte prep cook/ grill cook/ snack bar cooks needed for a private club on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Start as soon as possible -October 14th.


• Responsible for cooking snack bar menu for staff and club members
• Tasks include: Prepping of food before service, cooking staff lunch, snack bar service and cleanup of station before/after service
• Assistance with receiving purveyor orders and organization of kitchen
• General daily prep assistance for the executive chef and sous chef

Other Job Information

• Snack bar service begins promptly at 11:30am and ends at 2:30pm Wednesday-Monday,
extended snack bar hours are 11:30am-6:00pm Wednesday-Saturday from the end of June to the beginning of September
• You are required to work in conjunction with the snack bar attendant throughout the duration of your shift
• You are responsible for all orders given to you and the timely pick up of them
• You are also responsible to provide support for the sous chef during lunch service, which may
include prepping and/or cooking of various lunch items
• In addition to snack bar service, Sunday Grille evening service will require your assistance with
prep, meal service and clean up throughout the season
