Family Meal Fall Spritz

This seasonal mocktail was a big hit at our Youth Led Dinner this fall! Sweet apple cider and warming cinnamon were the perfect match for our Thanksgiving-themed menu. You can get creative and add your favorite spirit, or mix it up with other seasonal spices —try it and let us know what you think!

Recipe yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz apple cider

  • 0.75oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup

  • ~3oz Soda Water

  • Dried apple chip to garnish

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine cider, lemon juice, and cinnamon simple syrup in a shaker with ice

  2. Shake and strain over a Collins glass over fresh ice

  3. Top with soda

  4. Garnish with dried apple

    *To make cinnamon simple syrup, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, add 4 cinnamon sticks, and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and steep for an hour. Keep refrigerated.
