2025 ROOT CELEBRITY CHEF SERIES
Root is grateful for the tremendous network of chefs that support our mission and programs. These dinners raise funds to support our programs and provide an opportunity for Root alumni to work alongside some of the most noted chefs on the North Shore.
This spring, we are eager to kick off the series with a pop-up dinner at Enchanté in Hamilton with Chef Jason Hanelt and Chef Lauren Moran to raise funds to support Root’s Community Catering programs.

“POP UP” CELEBRITY CHEF EVENT TO BENEFIT COMMUNITY CATERING
JOIN US FOR A SPRING FARM TO TABLE DINNER AT ENCHANTÉ!
Please join us in raising awareness and funding to address food insecurity needs in our community. Each year, Root's Community Catering Initiative produces more than 25,000 fresh, from-scratch meals for neighbors facing food insecurity. Demand is growing exponentially, and we need your support to continue to meet this urgent need.
Featuring the locally inspired cuisine of Chef Jason Hanelt of Enchanté and Chef Lauren Moran of Honeycomb in collaboration with Root's Chef Keith Seeber, Chef Mogs Moremong, and graduates of Root's Culinary Training Program.
Enjoy a delicious menu of locally-sourced, seasonally inspired dishes paired with a selection of natural wines from Olmstead Wine. Oysters and bubbly on the patio, weather permitting!
