Lex - High School Graduate, Evan's Deli

Lex graduated from Root in 2022. After graduation, she went on to finish high school and worked part-time on the side at Evan’s Deli. In addition to graduating from high school this year, Lex also worked with Root’s Alumni Services to earn her driver’s license; way to go, Lex! She says her favorite thing about Root’s program? “We didn’t just cook, we laughed and had fun” throughout the process. We love having her fun and energy when she returns to support the Root Kitchen Team for various events.

Lex has always loved cooking but her dream is to work in cosmetology. We know she will succeed in getting there!
