Evyan - College Student, Food Project Team Member

Evyan graduated from Root in 2021 and planned to return to college and hold part-time work on the side.

Evyan is currently a student at North Shore Community College, going for a degree in Environmental Studies, with a focus on food justice and agriculture. We are proud to share she made the Dean’s list for spring term 2023! This past summer and fall (2023) Evyan worked at The Food Project, starting with a part-time role and moving to a full-time position that continued through the fall. She plans to return to school this winter and hopes to graduate in 2024. She occasionally returns to Root to support the Kitchen Team with large events and we are always excited to have her join us!
